The high temperature in summer often leads to various malfunctions of tractors during use. If the operator can pay attention to the following points during use, it can effectively reduce the occurrence of malfunctions.

1. Cooling explosion-proof tire. Summer temperatures are high, and tire rubber is prone to aging, which can lead to tire blowouts in severe cases. Therefore, when driving a tractor, it is necessary to check the tire pressure at all times. If the tire is overheated or the pressure is too high, the tractor should be parked in a cool place to cool down, but cold water should not be poured on it, otherwise it may cause a tire blowout on the way.

2. Cooling and air resistance prevention. In summer, the temperature is high, and the engine is difficult to dissipate heat due to its high speed, which can cause air resistance during driving, making it difficult to start the engine after a few minutes of stopping. Once an air obstruction occurs, the driver should immediately stop the vehicle to cool down and troubleshoot.

3. Observe the water temperature gauge at any time to prevent water shortage. When driving in hot weather, always pay attention to checking the coolant level and the water temperature gauge. When water shortage is found, immediately idle and cool down before adding water, and be careful not to open the radiator cap immediately to prevent burns.

4. Engine oil is resistant to deterioration. Lubricating oil is prone to becoming thinner when heated, resulting in decreased antioxidant properties, easy deterioration, and even causing faults such as tile burning and shaft holding. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the crankcase and gearbox with summer lubricating oil, regularly check the quantity and quality of the lubricating oil, and replace it in a timely manner.

5. Clean the oil stains on the exterior of the engine in a timely manner. If the external oil pollution of the engine is too thick, it will affect the heat dissipation and lay hidden dangers for various components to malfunction.
